Rep: "Hi! This is [Your Name] with Vegas' 103.1 FM. I’m calling to let you know that our listeners recommended your business to be featured in our Best of Vegas Series!"
(Pause for client response)
Rep: "Before we can mention your business on air, we just need a signed media release on file. Are you the owner or authorized decision-maker for the business?"
[IF NO / NOT DECISION-MAKER]
Rep: "Got it! Since we air this feature in about two days, could you please have the owner call or text us back at [Phone Number] as soon as possible so we can get the release signed in time? Thank you!"
[IF YES / DECISION-MAKER]
Rep: "Great! Let me quickly explain how our 'Best of Vegas' promo works. We have two different ways to get your business on air:
• Community Partnership (Free): If we have unused airtime, we will give your business a free shout-out. It's our way of thanking our community's favorite businesses, like yours. Now, since it depends entirely on unused airtime, we can't guarantee the specific time it airs. If mentioned, it will be Fridays between 10pm and midnight.
Next is:
• Guaranteed Placement (Paid): This option ensures your business is mentioned during our peak listening hours with guaranteed commercials or promos. Plus, securing these spots qualify you to be included in the Best of Vegas. Packages start as low as $40 per week.
"Rep: "Either way, we legally need that media release signed before we mention your name. I can have Jeff, our station producer, drop by in person with the form—whether you choose the free or paid option. When would be the best time of day for you to meet with him? How about [Suggest Specific Time, e.g., tomorrow at 10:00 AM]?"
